Frequently Asked
Questions
- How
do I file a claim?
The best way to file a claim is to first call Brank
Insurance to notify us that there has been a loss. We will assist you
through all the steps of processing and closing the claim in any way
possible. If it is after hours, a weekend, or holiday, you
may
call our office and listen for a phone number for your carrier to
directly contact your insurance company. You may also find
the
number here (claims page)

If you are renting a vehicle we recommend that you
do
purchase the insurance offered by the rental company especially if
travelling out of the country.
- How
do I know what coverage I need, or if I have enough coverage?
The best way to insure proper coverage is to speak
directly with your agent about specific questions or about specific
items to be covered. We always want our clients to be
properly
covered so at the time of the loss the claim will be paid.

filing a claim cause my premium to increase or cause my insurance to be
cancelled?
It depends on the circumstances. If there are several
losses or
one significant loss in one year, a company may choose not to renew the

you at the time of a loss. Do not hesitate to call our office should you have a loss.
