With the boom of the industrial revolution in the late 1800’s, the need for insurance became much greater. At the time, fire was one of the most devastating losses people faced. When H.B Williams began the agency the only policies sold were to protect against fire.

In 1961, Glenn P. Brank purchased the agency from the Williams family.At this time, he began to offer a variety of policies in order to reach a larger number of people. The agency grew as the community and the needs of the community grew.

After owning the agency for more than 30 years, Mr. Brank sold the agency to Mary Katherine Cheek and Sandra Tompkins. The agency was in their care for 10 years before it was purchased by Pete and Patty Chakales in 1998. Their partner, Paul Aubry, joined the team in 1999.

Since 1998, the agency has grown by leaps and bounds. Our commitment is to use the experience of the past to mold our future. We look forward to serving you and your family.
